1General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between aec 365 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). aec 365 is an online gaming and betting platform offering cricket betting, Live Casino, slots, and a wide range of other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

By using the platform, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. 3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

Aec 365 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old. aec 365 may request a National ID card or other government-issued identification at any time.

• Withdrawals may be restricted until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• A National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate is accepted for verification.
• Any attempt to bypass age verification using false information will result in permanent account closure, and all balances may be forfeited.
• Helping minors open an account or playing on their behalf is strictly prohibited.

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Aec 365 processes financial transactions through Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking services. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours, though delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as your deposit — if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal will also be processed through Mobile Pay.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification, and payment may be placed on hold.
• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal will result in immediate account suspension.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, and applicable once per account.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the live betting cash-out option).
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, aec 365 reserves the right to void the bet for that round.

7Prohibited Activities & Fraud

• Registering under multiple identities for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or prior knowledge of a game's outcome.
• Using hacking tools, software bots, or any automated tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of other members or operating a professional gaming syndicate.
• Intentionally exploiting any software bug or vulnerability on the platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Aec 365 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances.

• For violation of these terms and conditions.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded through the proper process.
